The space
The ground floor is perfectly equipped to receive you with its living room, each space of which has been designed so that your stay is not only cozy, but carefree.
It is equipped with a smart TV, a sofa, an electric fireplace and an armchair and offers at least 4 seats.
Large windows allow you to be the privileged witness of the surrounding nature. And note the warm decor!
The kitchen is reminiscent of the traditional kitchens of period chalets with all the necessary storage, the central island and the dining room table.
This floor also includes a bedroom and a bathroom.

Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Côme, Louis-Philippe-De Grandpré Park is one of the first networks to offer single-track mountain bike and fat bike trails for the winter season in Lanaudière. These 31 trails for a total of 15 km of trails with flow were developed by the Municipality with the help of the NPO and the volunteers of Plein Air Lanaudière. Nature is diverse and there are trails for cyclists of all levels. You can even enjoy a break.
The Ranch-O-Bois Rond
