In the summer, enjoy the water activities on the lake. Pedalo, boat and kayak available. Bring your flotation jackets. There is also a public dock to launch your motorboat.

Wood fireplace and pellet fireplace. Bedding provided (except for single beds). Washer/dryer. TV + dvd. BBQ on the terrace. Filter coffee makers and Keurig.

The space
The Chalet des Demers is located on a peninsula with 8 private plots belonging to the Demers family, on the edge of Lake Gravel. No nearby neighbors, very intimate and quiet. Only 5 min from the village of Mont-Saint-Michel and 20 min from the Regional Park Devil's Mountain.
Guest access
You have access to the whole chalet and the surrounding land, and to the lake as well.
Other things to note
We provide bedding for king and queen beds only. You should arrange bedding or sleeping bags for single beds. Visitors using the bedding are asked to wash them on the morning of departure and to dry/fold them as on arrival.

No unapproved guests will be tolerated. Anyone beyond the number of people on your reservation must be pre-approved by the host. Failure to comply may result in automatic eviction without refund.
