Last floor, no neighbor above. 2 full bathrooms, one with a ceramic shower and the other with a bathtub on legs. Large mudroom next to entrance to easily store all outdoor equipment and a locker at ground level for bikes or other items. 3 faces gaz fireplace between dining and living rooms. Very confortable and warm condo with a lot of privacy since it is set back from the street and 2 sides are next to the wood. Nice balcony with one table, 4 chairs and a BBQ.
