One king bedroom with full bathroom, one bathroom adjoining a second king bedroom.
In the basement: family room with television, pool table, baby foot, bar, laundry area with washer/dryer, a full bathroom and two bedrooms with a queen bed and a single bed on the mezzanine (access to the garden, jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace)

You will have access to the Fiddler Lake Resort Recreation Center (activities according to season - dates applied by Fiddler Lake Resort) : indoor and outdoor heated pool, children's playground, tennis courts, badminton, ping-pong, basketball net, indoor games room: pool table, air field hockey table and access to Fiddler Lake (2.8 kms - non-navigable): canoe, kayak (single and double), paddle, perfect for swimming (15 min. walk or 3 min. drive), skating rink, hiking and snowshoeing trails.
