Located in the upper Laurentians. This chalet is completely renovated. It is directly on the shores of Lac-Saint-Paul (J0W 1K0). This magnificent chalet has 2 closed bedrooms. Master bedroom with double bed and beautiful view of the lake, second bedroom with a 2-storey double bed. This chalet is ideal for a group of 6 adults and children. In the basement, you have at your disposal a board game area, foosball table, sofa bed as well as a television area and a wood stove. You also have wifi.
Outside you have a fire place as well as a dock to go swimming, fishing, kayaking (2 are at your disposal); as well as a rowboat.
This lake is swimmable and navigable, the boat descent is only 2 minutes from the chalet.
For the winter season, ice fishing is possible (equipment available). A snowmobile trail is ready.
Also, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are accessible in the area.
A pretty hiking trail is located at Chute-Saint-Philippe.
This chalet is fully furnished, bedding and all kitchen accessories are provided.
