Modern and new cottage located 85 km from Montreal (1 hour) that can accommodate 5 people. The place is located on the shores of the beautiful Red Lake in Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez. It is a lake with navigable clear water. Access to the lake is safe and a gentle sandy slope is ideal for children.Swimming, kayaking, fishing, rowboat rides, skating on the lake in winter, or on the village skating rink, sliding, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, are just a few examples of the activities available to you.
Surroundings
The cottage is less than 5 minutes from the charming village of St-Alphonse and 15 minutes from the town of Rawdon.Several tourist attractions can entertain visitors, whether it is the Val St-Côme ski resort (25 min.), the Arbraska hebertism centre (15 min.), the La Source-bain Nordique spa (15 min.), the Land of the Bisons (7 min.) or the Dorwin Falls (15 min.). The area is also crisscrossed with cross-country ski and snowmobile trails in winter and hiking or mountain biking trails in summer.
The place is a corner of the country where calm reigns and life fulminates permanently.Indeed, the fauna and flora will also dazzle you.
The chalet
The 1000 ft2 one-storey cottage has 2 bedrooms, featuring a queen bed and a single double bunk bed. It also includes a patio of more than 500 ft2 with bird's eye view of the lake and mountains.
Please note that only the boats disposable at the cottage can be used at the lake and that respect for the neighborhood and the place is a priority for us.
