Le Mariposa

Luxurious cottage located in a peaceful location on the shores of Lake Barron, navigable just 1h15 from Montreal. We are located 15-20 minutes from the villages where there are the various shops as well as a multitude of activities regardless of the season. This house offers you the possibility of being a number of 14 people under one roof. The kitchen is functional with a large island, everything necessary for the preparation of meals. Open concept with the dining room that has views of the lake inviting an outdoor terrace with barbecue and patio set. In the living room, there is a fireplace and a sofa bed on the main floor as well as a closed bedroom and full bathroom with washer and dryer. The entire upper floor is devoted to the master bedroom with sofa bed, a fireplace with small reading corner and bathroom. On the garden level there is a bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed in front of fireplace and day bed. A balcony with spa and outdoor lounge overlooking the lake. You have access to a dock, if you have your own boat. Fishing is allowed with permit. To enjoy the evenings, a place to make a small outdoor fire. A quiet and relaxing place awaits you!
