Beautiful and tranquil lake side residence. Beautiful sunsets from the back of the house with plenty of privacy from neighbours on a 46 thousand square feet lot! Five minute walk to a local corner store, and a five minute walk to a local municipal beach.
The use of the wood stove located in the family room on the lower level is *not permitted** as it does not comply with the safety regulations**
