Located on the shores of Lac des Trois Îles, the panoramic view and the large terrace (with spa) are ideal for observing wildlife (otter, heron, beaver, birds of all kinds, etc.), reading or simply sunbathing without visible neighbors.

Two inflatable paddle boards are available for exploring the non-navigable lake and swimming. Another lake is also accessible a few minutes walk away.
In winter, it is possible to access the Mont-Blanc snowshoe trails directly from the chalet.

With the charming village of Saint-Jovite and its small restaurants nearby, Mont-Blanc 5 min away, Mont-Tremblant 15 min away, the Sentier des cimes, the Petit Train du Nord track, the Diable and Rouge rivers nearby, multiple hiking trails in the area, the place offers healthy entertainment for all during summer and winter.

Inside, a cathedral ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool bath and access to high-speed internet provide the opportunity for relaxation as well as working from home.
