Modern cottage located by the lake and in a very peaceful area. It has a lot of charm with its sunny rear terrace surrounded by trees. A perfect place for peace and relaxation. Located 1h10 away from downtown Montreal and 10 minutes from Sommet Morin-Heights and Mont-Avalanche. You will find a variety of activities to entertain you (hiking trails, public beach, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing). A beautiful 20 minute drive from Sommet Saint Sauveur, access to grocery, ski/ snowboard equipment and restaurants.
Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, wood burning fire place, access to laundry room, private dock on the lake, this cottage offers everything you need to be comfortable during your stay.

| We stayed to take a break from our busy work life. Calm and private lake access. Clean chalet, happy fire wood was provided. Quick 15 minute drive to the local village - Saint Sauveur. Chalet contact was quick when we had questions. Lots of nature and quiet street.

| Très beau chalet, confortable, bien équipé! Nous avons passé une belle semaine de tranquilité et de calme. La description de l'annonce est fidèle au chalet, propre et accueillant, rien à redire. Le lac est aussi beau et paisible. Nathalie était très disponible et accomodante! Je recommande ce chalet.
