Beautiful wooden cottage located directly on the shores of Lake Come in Saint-Côme in Lanaudière.

This cottage offers windows and an incredible view of the lake.

It contains 3 closed rooms:
A mezzanine on the 2nd floor that includes a queen bed and two single beds.
Bedroom with a queen bed on main floor.
A basement bedroom with a queen bed.

Bedding and towels are provided.

A full bathroom.

We offer you a full kitchen (including fondue and raclette sets).

A private spa is open year around with lake views.

To enhance your days, we offer 2 kayaks and a pedal boat (8 life jackets are available).

A wooden stove and firewood is provided.

A fire area outside and wood is also provided.

Included in the rental: 42-inch and 50-inch screens (basement) and DVD movies, BBQ with propane included, unlimited high-speed wireless Internet (fibe) perfect for teleworking, washer-dryer (soap in limited quantities), dishwasher (soap in limited quantities), central vacuum, bedding and towels, fondue and raclette sets, private dock with two kayaks and a pedal boat, outdoor chairs for the fireplace, outdoor table with umbrella, firewood and for outdoor fires.

Lake Come is a non-navigable lake (motorboat not allowed). Only boats provided are accepted. A private dock in front of the cottage is available for fishing or just to enjoy the view.

A private beach area and a tennis court are located in the estate.
