Located on the banks of the Rivière St-François in Weedon, in the Eastern Townships, this charming cottage for rent sleeps 4. Great for a couple or a small family, you'll find plenty to do both on site and in the area.

For fishing enthusiasts, the river is navigable for about 15 km and also runs to Rivière aux Saumons. Many species of fish are caught here, including bass, walleye, yellow perch and many more.

For personal watercraft and boat owners, Le Riverain cottage has a dock where you can moor your craft. Alternatively, you can use the 2 kayaks or the rowboat provided on site to discover the beauties of the river. The boat shown in some photos is not available for rental.

To enhance your stay and ensure optimum relaxation, a private 4-season spa is also available. In the evening, don't hesitate to light a fire outside. Wood is naturally provided for your stay. The days that end around a roaring fire, with friends or family, are always memorable!

NOTES

Rates may vary according to the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, both inside and outside, for a couple of hours or for a night and more. Every person going to the cottage must be mentioned on the contract. Rates may also vary for season to season and are subject to change without notice.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.

/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
