Magnificent log cabin on a private road, located in Mandeville, Lanaudière! This cottage for rent has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining stay.

The property is in a wooded environment, offering the privacy you seek during a cottage getaway. In the summer, enjoy the freshness of the nearby river for a dip or take a ride with the two kayaks provided (access is a 2-minute walk away). Fishing enthusiasts might have the chance to catch bass, muskellunge, or smelt. For swimming, bring water shoes or sandals as the water's bottom is generally rocky and sandy.

The cottage is just a few minutes' drive from the popular Natur'Eau Spa. For outdoor and hiking enthusiasts, you will be close to the Parc régional des Chutes-du-Calvaire and the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve. In winter, take advantage of the nearby snowmobile and ATV trails. You can directly access the official trails from the cottage by snowmobile or ATV. There's an option to rent snowmobiles just one minute away from the cottage, with Location Mastigouche.

NOTES

Rates may vary according to the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, both inside and outside, for a couple of hours or for a night and more. Every person going to the cottage must be mentioned on the contract. Rates may also vary for season to season and are subject to change without notice.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
