Enjoy cottage life in all its simplicity! This adorable rustic chalet with space to accommodate four guests comfortably is located in Centre-du-Québec close to the Eastern Townships. With its extensive greenery and mature trees, the large property is an oasis of peace and calm where you can leave your cares behind. An attractive covered deck provides a magnificent view of the natural scenery.

Outdoor living is so peaceful! Relax to the sound of a babbling brook and birds chirping all around. Summer or winter, admire the night sky out the immense bay window rising from the ground floor to the mezzanine. All kinds of cultural and sporting activities are available nearby: visit the historic Ulverton wool mill, take the ?Route Verte? bicycle path through the heart of nature, do some stream fishing or just go for a stroll in the forest. Unforgettable memories await in this little corner of paradise.

The cottage features open-concept common areas. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) whose central island makes it easy for everyone to lend a hand in preparing meals. Relax in front of a crackling fire in the living room wood stove. There are also two charming bedrooms on this level (one queen-size bed, one double), as well as a bathroom with shower bath. The mezzanine has a small living room with futon. Downstairs, a ping pong table completes the amenities.

Rates may vary according to the number of people. The maximum capacity must be respected at all times, both inside and outside, for a couple of hours or for a night and more. Every person going to the cottage must be mentioned on the contract. Rates may also vary for season to season and are subject to change without notice.

During high season, our rates are more elevated.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
