In the heart of nature in the picturesque region of Hautes-Laurentides, Mimozä is a contemporary-style cottage located directly on the waterfront with a small private beach that the whole family will enjoy. Its large windows offer unparalleled brightness and a beautiful view of the forest and the navigable Rivière du Lièvre for over 100 km. The property, tastefully decorated, features 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people (including 2 Queen beds and 2 twin bunk beds). The main floor, with its large open concept space and 14-foot ceiling, is a warm and refined area. The property has a powder room and a full bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. Because cottage life also means taking time to have fun, over twenty board games and puzzles are available for the youth and adults. A smart TV also allows you to access your favorite platforms such as Netflix and PrimeVideo. Planning to work remotely? For those who want to combine business with pleasure, a fiber optic internet connection (400 Mbps, unlimited data) allows you to work in a beautiful setting. The outdoor amenities with the hot tub (open all year long) allow you to enjoy a moment of relaxation. You will also love the terrace with the BBQ and an area for an outdoor campfire. Like front-row seats, a beautiful dock and a private beach offer a prime location to enjoy summer pleasures. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the calm waters of the magnificent Rivière du Lièvre. Ideally oriented to the south, the cottage and the yard benefit from beautiful sunlight.
From the Mimozä cottage, you are well situated to experience the Hautes-Laurentides! It's an authentic destination that offers off-the-beaten-path experiences with over 4,500 lakes and rivers and wild nature to explore in any season.
For ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts, you'll be delighted to have access to the nearby federated trails (within a radius of 1 to 5 km).

| Un séjour inoubliable dans un chalet exceptionnel!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce super beau chalet, impeccablement entretenu! On voit tout de suite que les propriétaires en prennent grand soin. La vue panoramique depuis le salon et les deux terrasses est tout simplement superbe, un vrai coup de coeur.
Le chalet est extrêmement bien équipé, rien n'a été laissé au hasard. Le quai privé et la petite plage sont des atouts uniques qui rendent l'endroit encore plus spécial. Situé directement sur la magnifique rivière du Lièvre, navigable sur près de 100 km, c'est un vrai paradis pour les amateurs de nature et de pêche.
La communication avec les hôtes était excellente. Valérie est particulièrement sympathique, attentionnée et réactive à tous les messages.
Bref, nous recommandons fortement ce chalet. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience!

Les proprios sont super gentils et généreux. L'accueil à l'arriver est exceptionnel !
L'ambiance, Zen, chaleureux, est tout ce qu'on recherche pour se détendre et décrocher. Propre, accueillant, agréable, charmant. Vraiment s'a coche :)

| Très beau séjour au chalet Mimozä. Le chalet est magnifique et très propre. Il est aussi très bien équipé, beaucoup plus que la majorité des chalets que nous avons loué. Si vous avez des questions, les propriétaires répondent rapidement. Pour les familles avec enfants, il y a des bacs de jouets pour eux. Il y a aussi un garde robe avec casse-têtes variés et jeux. La vue était magnifique en hiver donc imaginez en été. Nous étions deux couples avec nos enfants de 8-10-16-18 ans. Tout le monde a adoré! Nous aimerions louer de nouveau éventuellement. Je vous recommande sans hésitation ce chalet.

| We loved staying at this cottage! I slept so well and really enjoyed the beach and swimming. The cottage is modern and lovely. Hosts were very responsive and kind. / Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce cottage ! J'ai très bien dormi et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la plage et la baignade. Le chalet est moderne et charmant. Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et gentils.
