Cottage with cathedral ceiling and open concept

Very cozy, comfortable and ideal for a small family. Cathedral ceiling and open concept (living room, dining room and kitchen). 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed (one double on the bottom and a single on top for children). Maximum occupancy is for 5 persons. Located on a dead-end street and 2 km from Morin-Heights ski hill and from the aerobic corridor. The cottage is also close to several renowned spas and amenities such as IGA and SAQ.
The mudroom is ideal to store your sports equipment. Within 2km you will have access to many man made trails to cross-country ski, snow shoe and cycle.
Internet is provided and electric heating. A Smart TV will require you to use your personal accounts such as for Netflix and Prime etc. Bedding is provided. There is no laundry facility on-site.
You will need to use ecological fire logs in the slow combustion fireplace in the living room. Mira-bûches can deliver the logs for your needs or you can simply drop-in and purchase bags of logs on the spot.

A security deposit of 500.00$ will be withheld for any damage and will be reimbursed 14 days after your stay. A fixed rate of 150.00$ is required to cover the cleaning costs and laundry service.
