Lovely small house located in a cul-de-sac at the foot of a mountain. It offers a tranquil environment with a wooded area at the back. The house is comfortable, bright, and fully equipped, including bedding, kitchen accessories, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, washer-dryer, Netflix, basic cable, a 65-inch TV, and a designated smoking area on the back terrace. It's a 20-minute walk or 3 minutes by car from downtown and the hospital. The house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, making it ideal for a couple, worker, or single person. CITQ permit #314807.
During your stay in our pretty little house, you will have:
A spacious bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, offering all the charm and softness necessary for a good night's rest.
A cozy and warm living room with a comfortable sofa. The space is also equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and it will be easy for you to connect to your personal accounts such as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney +, as well as basic TV channels.
A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, Airfryer and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare wonderful meals. You will also have a bright dining room with table and chairs.
A Keurig coffee maker as well as an electric coffee maker for filter coffee. Capsules and filter coffee are not provided, please bring your favorite capsules. A Maxi grocery store is a 5-minute drive from the house.
A fast wifi connection allowing you to work without worry.
A modern bathroom with a shower-bath, it is equipped with towels, washcloths and hairdryer. Please bring your own soap and shampoo.
Large washer and dryer in the house, entrance and bedroom closet with heat pump that also allows you to have air conditioning.

You will have a backyard with a view of the forest. We have built a balcony and a privacy wall to allow you to eat outside in a beautiful, intimate environment close to nature. An ashtray is also available for smokers.

-A reasonable amount of hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags and dishwasher tablets (6 tablets) are provided per rental.
EXCLUSIONS
-Shampoo, body soap, Keurig coffee pods and filter coffee are not provided.
CHECK-IN
We have a self-check-in system with a digital code, you can arrive from 4pm on the first day of your reservation.
If you wish to arrive earlier than 4pm, please write to us 24 hours before your arrival for an early arrival request. We will be happy to accept your request free of charge if the cleaning schedule allows it.
Additional information for accessing the house will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
DEPARTURE
We ask that you vacate the house before 11am on the day of your departure to allow our housekeeper to prepare the premises for the next guests.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. You must notify us in advance and present us with official documents if you have an assistance dog.
PARTIES
Parties are not allowed. We respect the neighborhood and the tranquility of the space.
You will have access to the entire house and grounds.
We are available to communicate via the platform and by phone call in case of emergency.
