Facing south, beautiful sunrise on the water. Magnificent house with windows on all four sides, located directly on the beach of Bassin. On three floors plus a balcony on the first floor and a terrace on the 2nd. You will always find a place outside sheltered from the wind otherwise in the temperate veranda as you wish. Very well-equipped house.
Weekly rental from Monday to Monday from July 3 to September 18 to facilitate the reservation of the ferry (Sunday to Sunday otherwise).
Cleaning cost is extra.
Only the mandatory accommodation tax (3.5%) is applicable.
50% of the deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the scheduled arrival date, provided that we are able to re-rent the canceled period. No refund if the cancellation is made within 90 days prior to arrival.
