An affordable and large cottage with access to multiple living rooms, solarium, playroom and bedrooms in a quiet and beautiful large terrain away from the neighbors. The rocky river Maskinongé wraps around the land provides excellent background for people of all ages to enjoy year round. There is a volleyball court for outdoor sport and several table games in the basement. The cottage is comfortable for several families up to 22 persons but it can also serve larger groups up to 26 persons.
