Pedestrian access to Cantons beach and the bike path and 2km from the city center (grocery store, café, SAQ, bar and bistros). The City of Magog offers an icy trail every winter. A 2.8km circuit with panoramic views around Lake Memphremagog. The trail is illuminated creating a warm atmosphere and a chalet welcomes you at each end (Merry point and Cabana parking lot) to warm you up. A free activity all winter long and accessible by foot from the condo.

On the 2nd floor, the condo includes 2 closed bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the other with 1 Queen bed) and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, open concept kitchen, living room and dining room with a bathroom and washer-dryer. A sofa bed (living room) can accommodate a total of 6 people.
