Located at the back of the property, you will find a groomed cross-country skiing trail in the winter that takes you all the way to La Réserve ski resort. In the summer, this trail connects you to a network of hiking trails. For ski enthusiasts, you will be a 5-minute drive from La Réserve ski resort and an 8-minute drive from Garceau ski resort. For those who love golf, the St-Donat Golf is situated less than 500 meters away from the property
The cottage also has access to Lac Beauchamp, which is a 3-minute walk from the cottage. In the winter, you can enjoy ice skating on the lake, and in the summer, you can go swimming. The water quality of the lake is constantly monitored and consistently receives an excellent rating.
The cottage is a 2-minute drive from the village of St-Donat, where you can find grocery stores, bakeries, SAQ (liquor store), and more. In the summer, you'll also find tennis and pickleball courts, as well as the beach at Pioneer Park.
