Season 2024-2025: Season 4 months and 2 weeks. From December 1 2024 to April 15, 2025. We consider 3 months.
We seek one rental for the next ski season. We are flexible on stay dates.

A Ski-In/ Ski-Out condo on a family friendly mountain in the Eastern Townships of Quebec with views of Lake Memphremagog and the Owl's Head mountain. Long-term rental (32 days+) with flexible dates. Brand new penthouse unit in Glaz 5 development. Two bedrooms with King beds and a mezzanine with an office space and a comfortable Queen queen-sized retractable box bed (NOT a hide a bed with mattress). Two full baths with heated floors. Very bright and lighted with 3 exterior walls. Fully equipped kitchen and brand new appliances and furniture. Propane fireplace and high-resolution flat-screen TV. Open space design with dining, kitchen and living all with high cathedral ceilings.

Indoor parking space and one outdoor parking space directly in front of the garage entrance. Ski locker with integrated boot dryer for 4 pairs of skis.
Rental minimum is 32 days (association requirements)

The condo is located on the ?Chouette? slope below the Panorama lift. In recent years, Owl's Head has modernized its snowmaking system and ski lifts.

Note: The condo ski in and out comes with a ski locker with heating boots system (4 pairs) Located in the garage the access to the trail is easy. La chouette trail and the Panorama lift is just in face of the condos.
