NOTES

The location is ofeered for a minimum stay of a month or per season.

The price varies depending on the period and demand. A deposit of $5,000 is required before the rental begins (signing the contract) and will cover the last month of the rental. The deposit will be returned after checking the premises at the end of the rental. Cleaning fees not included. Pets are allowed (cats), no smoking.

- 2024 ski season (December 1, 2023 to April 15, 2024): 5 800$ / months or $23,200 for the season (BOOKED)

- Summer season (June 15th to October 15th 2024): 3 000$ / month or 12 000$

- Other months (April 15th to June 15th and October 15th to December 15th): 2 700$ / months
