The atmosphere of this chalet is imbued with natural elegance, where sleek Scandinavian design blends perfectly with the surrounding nature. Let yourself be swept away by the unique Villa Skáli experience! You're welcomed into a vast living area where a cathedral ceiling in blond wood creates a warm ambience. Huge windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting a spacious living room with gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. Two comfortable loveseats invite conviviality, while sleek Scandinavian decor adds a modern touch. The adjoining dining room offers panoramic views of nature, as well as a practical and elegant bar cart area. A huge adjoining terrace is the ideal place for meals with family or friends, surrounded by greenery! The bright, functional kitchen will stimulate your creativity and let you play chef for a day, as you please! A café/ service area, flirting with a huge lunch counter, will become your reference point after a day of outdoor activities.
A little further upstairs, the master bedroom (Queen bed) and a full bathroom with shower and freestanding tub ensure privacy.
The basement features a large family room with sitting area (sofa bed), pool table/ping-pong table, foosball table and board games, creating an ideal cocoon for festive evenings or moments of relaxation.
Two further bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer area complete the layout.

Outside, we invite you to enjoy the private 6-seat spa, fire pit and spacious grounds.
This real estate complex offers common areas including another spa with 20 places, a terrace with fireplace and a sauna open all year round. A swimming pool is also available in season.

You'll have access to the entire house, grounds and private spa, as well as to the estate's common areas, which include another spa, a sauna, a year-round terrace, fireplace, and a seasonal pool (May 1 to Oct. 1).
