On the first floor, a room layout includes a main living room with fireplace, a second living room, two separate dining rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a meal preparation area, an entrance hall and a laundry room including a shower room area.
Each of these rooms is carefully decorated, benefiting from contemporary furnishings in soft hues.
The combined dining and kitchen space is vast, offering opportunities for family gatherings at breakfast and lively discussions at aperitif time. The lunch counter becomes the main landmark!
There are no bedrooms on the first floor, allowing you to fully appreciate these vast living spaces.
Upstairs, you'll discover five unique bedrooms, each creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere thanks to soft hues and a layout reminiscent of the homes of yesteryear.
These rooms are designed as mini-suites, equipped with TVs, bathtubs (4 of 5), sitting areas and Queen-size beds.
