*Historic all-pine cottage that has been in the same family for over 50 years, with a stunning view of a mountain lake: renovated, fully equipped, and designed like a primary residence.
*A perfect lakeshore for kids: shallow sandy swimming area for 15 meters! (After that, the lake deepens for adults.)
*Includes 9 boats (everyone can be on the water at the same time!), life jackets, BBQ with propane included, lounge chairs, sun umbrella, firepit area with 10 chairs, gazebo with a table for 10, outdoor games, and a volleyball net.
*Location: Lac Ménard in Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides (next to Val-David and Ste-Agathe, close to Tremblant). Obstacle courses in the woods, municipal beach, hiking trails, tennis court, pétanque court, and children's playground within walking distance from the cottage.
*We provide our guests with a custom-made tourist guide for nearby activities.
