This recent construction offers you everything you could ask for an incredible stay. Heated indoor pool, 4-season outdoor spa, games room, indoor and outdoor fireplace, proximity to the beach and skiing, all under the same roof!

The chalet has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 adults and up to 14 guests (with children). The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a bassinet and a queen bed, the third has a queen bed and two bunk singles, and the last has two queen and two bunk singles.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your feasts. With two raclette dishes, the Nespresso small capsules, the propane BBQ and the appliances you won't miss anything.

Relax in the heated indoor swimming pool or the covered outdoor spa, both accessible all year round. An outdoor fireplace is also at your disposal in the summer to liven up your evenings. In addition, you will find in the second living room a games room with a pool table, ping pong table and board games.

The chalet is equipped with air conditioning, Starlink high-speed wifi, two smart televisions and an indoor wood fireplace.

You will be barely 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Val St-Côme, with a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain. In summer, walk 3 minutes to access Lac Clair, where a sandy beach and a private dock await you with boats. Hours of fun guaranteed!
