Jump in to the crystal clear water from the large dock area, enjoy fishing, canoe ride or kayak or relax in the sun or shade on one of the three deck areas.
Spend the evening relaxing in the hot tub, screened in porch or sitting at the firepit roasting marshmallows.
This beautiful property is just under an acre and accesses one of the cleanest lakes in the region.
There is a large dock, a shaded deck, a sunny deck and a screened in porch. All offer comfortable seating.
The great room features wall to wall windows overlooking the lake and the trees, a large sectional with additional seating. There is also a piano and desk in this room.
The kitchen has a very large island that offers tons of counter space and seating for four.
The dining room can sit up to 12 and is also in the great room.
Living room has a wood fireplace, tv and DVD player and coffee station.
Wifi is free and excellent (Starlink).
The propane BBQ sits on the side porch.
The cottage also offers a hot tub for six people, a fire pit with 8 chairs, washer and dryer, dishwasher, board games and puzzles.
A canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board are available as well as life jackets. Beach towels are also available.
The fishing is excellent on this lake and there are many trails in the area for hikers of all levels.
Water is well water and it's the best drinking water you've ever had!
There is an outdoor clothesline that will make you want to smell your clothes and sheets all day!
Waterfront access to a very large dock. Water is about 10 feet deep off the dock.
Mid level deck fully shaded with swing .
Top level deck off the great room that is in full sun. Features a large comfortable outdoor sectional with two of the most comfortable rocking and swivel chairs you've ever sat on.
