Come relax and enjoy the fresh air of the countryside. This charming country-style house is located in Cleveland near Richmond, at the limits of the Eastern Townships and Central Quebec. You will be charmed by this bucolic place. This ancestral house is surrounded by a terrain that invites to calm and relaxation. Mature trees provide shade for rest. Nature lovers will be delighted: the place offers breathtaking scenery, birds sing and the fragrance of flowers dazzle the air.
The exterior layout has been redone to allow groups or large families to have fun, as well as to rest. The large inground pool (18X33) with salt is interesting for everyone! Hours of fun swimming and playing in the water. A private 4-season hot tub is also available, in addition to being covered and sheltered, in case of bad weather.
The yard has volleyball net, swings and a sandbox. A variety of cultural and sports activities are also available nearby. In the evening, you can gather around a fire pit outside. And what better than a BBQ dinner or to relax in the private spa to end the day? This cottage for rent will certainly bring you lots of unforgettable moments.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
A warm and rustic decor awaits you. On the ground floor, you will find a well equipped and pleasant kitchen to prepare all your meals of the stay. The living room is welcoming and equipped with a rustic wood fireplace, which will be well appreciated during winter stays. You will find a small multifunction room right next to the living room. This room can serve as a small resting place or bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed. The other four bedrooms of the house are upstairs.
Ground floor: Kitchen and dining room / Living room with fireplace with a Double bed pull out couch/ Multifunction room, bedroom #1: 1 sofa bed / Full bathroom (with bath-shower).
Upstairs: Closed Bedroom #2: 1 King Bed / Bedroom #3: 1 Queen bed and 1 Simple bed / Bedroom #4: 1 Queen bed / Open Bedroom #5: 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed / Full bathroom.
Games room: Games room with pool table, propane heated, excepted for January and February. No heating for these 2 months.
Guest house (bedroom #6) :1 King size bed and 1 sofa-bed / Small kitchen with a tiny fridge, 2 place-dining table, 52' TV and an armchair / half bathroom
