Located at Anse de Roches, (village of Sacré Coeur on the fjord), 15 minutes from Tadoussac, the building is directly on the water's edge. This unique site offers tranquility and privacy. Perfect for reconnecting with nature while having the opportunity to see marine mammals such as: belugas, minke whales, gray seals, sea otters, etc.)
The building, in the style of a troglodyte house, is embedded in the granite cape of the fjord. The level terrain begins on the bank of the fjord and goes up into the mountain to offer different exceptional viewpoints.
PLEASE NOTE - Access by car is dependent on the tides because the only vehicle route passes via the Saguenay bank and is unfounded when the tide is high. Access is via a small footpath. Which involves a short hike of a few minutes up the mountain. Perfect for kayakers who want to be ready to go sailing.
