This charming cottage offers a calm and peaceful setting, perfect for recharging your batteries. Formerly used as a hostel, you can resume this activity, welcoming Workaways, family or friends depending on your plans. The numerous trails, lakes, and hunting areas around the house make the possibilities for activities endless, summer and winter. Some infrastructure in the garden will allow adults and children to enjoy it. The house is accessible directly by the main road which connects it to the dam and the entrance to the ZEC, at the Onatchiway depot. All infrastructure complies with current Quebec regulations. The entire structure of this house is wooden frame. The roof is made of sheet metal. There is wooden flooring except in the bathrooms and the kitchen, where it is tiled. The house is on two floors of 30 x 50'. In addition, a basement on this surface allows you to store all your belongings. In the basement you will find a wood stove connected in the rooms to heat the house. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room, a dormitory/office. The entrance to the house has a glass roof, which allows you to enjoy the outside while remaining covered. You will find a wood stove to heat the living room. On the second floor, you will find five 12 x 12' bedrooms and a 10 x 8' office/bedroom, a bathroom, a powder room and a common area.
