In summer, the private waterfront directly on the edge of a non-motorised lake with crystal clear water, this chalet will allow you to discover the Laurentians, go hiking, contemplate the sunset on the large private dock or take a stroll on the lake thanks to kayaks, paddle boards, canoes or giant floating mats made available to you (including flotation jackets). In winter, you will be delighted by the possibility of activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, alpine skiing (Olympia 6km). And what about the fall colors!!

About this property
Located on a beautiful wooded lot with only one visible neighbor, this rustic log cabin has a lot of charm. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you will be bathed in light and will be able to see the lake from the interior or from the large exterior balcony. Fantastic new souvenirs guaranteed!
The common areas on the ground floor are open and of good size. A magnificent stone fireplace will enhance your winter evenings. A full bathroom is also on the ground floor
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has a large island in the center and there is plenty of storage space and is very well equipped.
Upstairs there is a large mezzanine, 2 bedrooms, one of which includes the 2nd bathroom.
In the basement (unfinished) you will find the laundry room as well as lots of equipment to have fun in all seasons (snowshoes for winter, and for summer: flotation vest of all sizes, kayaks, paddle board, floating mats, swimming floats)
Just 50 minutes from Montréal.
