This cottage to rent, as its name suggests, is in fact an old village chapel. It has been completely renovated to create a cottage with plenty of space for families and friendgroups. Located in St-Rémi-de-Tingwick, in the Eastern Townships, this unique property offers a wide range of activities to keep you entertained, rain or sunshine.
Located in the 2nd row from the lake, this cottage nevertheless has access to Lac les Trois-Lacs, located across the street, via a small path bordered by a fence and a cedar hedge. As you arrive at the water's edge, kayaks, pedal boats and paddle boards await you. Fishing here is quite popular, and you'll have the chance to catch walleye, bass and yellow perch, either from the dock or from a boat.
Finish your day in style by warming up around an outdoor fire, as we supply the wood, or let yourself slip into the 4-season spa.
For local activities, we recommend the Royal Estrie golf club, less than 10 minutes' drive from the chalet. In winter, the club transforms its grounds into snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails. Mont Gleason is also an ideal destination for young families, less than 20 km from the cottage.
Please note that the cottage is located on a street corner in a small residential area. Please respect the neighborhood at all times.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
As you enter the cottage, you're greeted by a huge open-plan living area. Here you'll find a large games room, complete with pool, table tennis and foosball tables. A first mezzanine serves as a bedroom, where you'll find two single futons, while the second mezzanine is the children's play area.
The fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your meals during your stay. You'll find a lunch counter, while a dining table is located in the adjacent room, overlooking the living room. The property has 3 closed bedrooms, 2 with Queen-size beds and one with a pull-out Double bed. Two bathrooms complete the cottage, one with a bath/shower and the other with a shower.
