Our pretty, up-to-date, one-bedroom Studio (Queen bed/bedding) is ideal for a couple looking to escape for a romantic getaway or for a solo retreat away from the big city. Located on a large private lot on the Waterfront of the Ottawa River with a panoramic view, the Studio has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining room, living room with water view (HD smart TV, videos, and some board games) and a work space (high speed WIFI). The space is open air, on the same floor where you will also find the Bathroom (bath and beach towels, shampoo, hairdryer, etc.) and the Laundry Room which is available according to your needs

Outside space, you will find a reserved parking and a private entrance with your access code. The large patio door from the living room is primarily your entrance which also transports you to your large private terrace which includes a patio set, BBQ and two rocking chairs. You will also have access to the outdoor fireplace patio (Firewood $15), a swing, a palapa and the private dock for either just relaxing on Muskoka chairs, fishing, sunbathing or swimming. Some outdoor games, bicycles and lounging chairs are also available.

Nearby: 1.5 km from the magnificent National Park of Plaisance which offers a multitude of activities such as the observation of 265 species of birds, several km of hiking and cycling trails, access to a beach in the Park, canoe, kayak and paddle board rental with fees.$ Only 15 km from the main attraction of Plaisance Falls, 30 minutes from Gatineau, 40 minutes from Ottawa (Bourbonnais Masson-Angers ferry), 25 minutes from Montebello, Parc Omega and 1h30 from Montreal.
