Studio CD is brand new to the rental market and is a great opportunity for a memorable waterfront getaway. Our pretty, up-to-date, one-bedroom Studio (Queen bed/ bedding) is ideal for a couple looking to escape for a romantic getaway or for a solo retreat away from the big city. Located on a large private lot on the Waterfront of the Ottawa River with a panoramic view, the Studio has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining room, living room with water view (HD smart TV, videos, and some board games) and a work space (high speed WIFI). The space is open air, on the same floor where you will also find the Bathroom (bath and beach towels, shampoo, hairdryer, etc.) and the Laundry Room which is available according to your needs
Outside space, you will find a reserved parking and a private entrance with your access code. The large patio door from the living room is primarily your entrance which also transports you to your large private terrace which includes a patio set, BBQ and two rocking chairs. You will also have access to the outdoor fireplace patio, firewood$, a swing, a palapa and the private dock for either just relaxing on Muskoka chairs, fishing, sunbathing or swimming.
The whole ground is shared with the young retired owners of the house which are very discreet and they have their own personal patio deck. Some outdoor games, bicycles, kayak, paddleboard and lounging chairs are also available.
Nearby: 1.5 km from the magnificent National Park of Plaisance which offers a multitude of activities such as the observation of 265 species of birds, several km of hiking and cycling trails, access to a beach in the Park, canoe, kayak and paddle board rental with fees.$ Only 15 km from the main attraction of Plaisance Falls, 30 minutes from Gatineau, 40 minutes from Ottawa (Bourbonnais Masson-Angers ferry), 25 minutes from Montebello, Parc Omega and 1h30 from Montreal.
It will be our great pleasure to welcome you to our peaceful little Oasis which is suitable for all nature lovers and where the sun shines all day. The site will indeed charm you!
The Studio is available for rental:
-Monday to Thursday/$155 per night (Except public holiday)
-Friday to Sunday and public holiday/$185 per night
-Week of 7 nights/$900 per week
-$50/night for additional person (Max 2)

| Nous avons passé un beau séjour chez nos hôtes. Studio très confortable, bien décoré et hyper propre avec une vue splendide sur la rivière des Outaouais. On a particulièrement apprécié la cafetière expresso qui pour nous est un plus. Claire et Denis ont à coeur notre bien-être. Des gens très sympathiques et généreux !

| Ce fût un beau séjour dans cet havre de paix paradisiaque à la superbe vue. Proprios très accueillants et gentils, disponibles pour toute demande. Le Studio est parfait, bien décoré et avec tout à disposition et au goût du jour. Nous n'avons manqué de rien du tout!!! Beau spot à feu, des millions d'étoiles à voir le soir!! Rivière accessible et assez tranquille pour kayak/paddle board, de belles excusions possibles! Tour de ponton et excursions de pêche possibles($) avec l'assistance d'un Capitaine qui connait tous les bons spots!! Juste après le parc national de Plaisance, beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées à pied ou en vélo!! Vue incroyable d'un côté ou de l'autre de la presqu'île!! Je recommande pour un couple qui cherche à s'évader de la routine ou petite famille! Endroit où séjourner définitivement!!
