Beautiful intimate house/ chalet, three floors, located in Sainte-Adèle in the Laurentians. Overlooking Lac Renaud (no access). Two full ensuite bathrooms and one powder room, master suite with balcony. Powder room/laundry room on first floor, living room (sofa bed). Gas range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Air conditioning on every floor, alarm system, electric vehicle charger, wi-fi, 2 flat screen TVs (Bell Fibe, Netflix, Prime, etc). Spiral staircases, entrance with mud room (space for coats, ski equipment etc). Outside, you will find a spa, a bbq (connected to propane (included)), a dining table for 8 people (covered), fire pit (wood not included), comfortable couches (Summer, Spring and Fall) and a high top table for 6. Lots of parking including a double car Tempo (Winter). A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in the Winter to get from the Chemin du Lac Renaud to the property (150 meters). 5 kms from St-Sauveur, 43 kms from Mont Tremblant and 4 kms from the Strom Spa Nordique.
