The chalet offers a spacious open-concept area with a wood-burning fireplace and two closed bedrooms upstairs. The abundant windows and cathedral ceilings provide a magnificent view of the forest. A triple patio door leads to a large screened-in terrace (summer) with a table, chairs, BBQ, and an outdoor fireplace just below the terrace.
The open-concept area includes a living room with a smart TV (Netflix access included), a dining room, and a kitchen with a central island and stools.
L'Hermine is situated on a wooded site that spans over a kilometer, with hiking and snowshoeing trails, and access to the river just a few minutes from the pavilion (swimming and kayaking available). The pavilion is a 15-minute walk from the Chalet en bois rond tourist area and its recreational and family activities (daily passes available).
Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity to the Portneuf Wildlife Reserve (20 km), the entrance to the Vallée du Bras du Nord (12 km), and the Duchesnay tourist resort (20 km). The town of Saint-Raymond, located 10 km away, offers all basic amenities as well as numerous attractions (ski resort, peat bog park, etc.). The Véloroute Verte bike trail is just 4 kilometers away.
