Cross-country ski and snowshoe trail behind the house, downhill skiing just a short drive away. Tennis court 5 minutes walk away. Situated directly on the lake with possible wheelchair accessibility. A screened-in veranda with a dining area is available in the summer, as are boats (canoe-pedal boat). In winter, the parking is cleared of snow, and the entrances are protected from precipitation. Winter sports can be practiced on-site, and the private Scandinavian experience is unique. The lake, just a few meters from the house, also offers magical opportunities for ice skating, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. Note: 8 minutes by car from the Morin Heights alpine ski resort and the Petit Train du Nord cross-country ski trail. Depending on conditions, several ice rinks are set up on the lake, and a hockey rink is available in the village (5 minutes away).
