Beautiful cottage on Lake Vert, in St-Adolphe d'Howard in the Laurentians. Monthly rentals only. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom, spa, sauna, steam shower, fireplace, wall-mounted heat pump, game room with ping-pong table, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and printer. 1 km from the village. Cross-country ski and snowshoe trail behind the house, downhill skiing just a short drive away. The tennis court is a 5-minute walk away. A screened-in veranda with a dining area is available in the summer, as are boats (canoe-pedal boat). In winter, the parking is cleared of snow, and the entrances are protected from precipitation. Winter sports can be practiced on-site, and the private Scandinavian experience is unique. The lake, just a few meters from the house, also offers magical opportunities for ice skating, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. Note: 8 minutes by car from the Morin Heights alpine ski resort and the Petit Train du Nord cross-country ski trail. Depending on conditions, several ice rinks are set up on the lake, and a hockey rink is available in the village (5 minutes away).
