We offer several condo models with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, queen bed(s) in the bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom condos, 2 bathrooms in the 3 bedroom condos, sofa bed and fireplace in the living room with a beautiful warm decoration and a large terrace (approximately 14' X 8') with BBQ and patio set.
Some models have 2 floors, cathedral roof, everyone has their choice. The Cantons du Lac MemphréMagog beach is a 3-minute walk from the condos (300 meters away) and access to cycle paths and hiking trails (ski touring and ice skating in winter) is right next to the site.
Bedding is provided with a short-term condo rental and condos are equipped with a washer and dryer.
