3 bedroom family home available for long term rental (for a minimum of 31 days) in Val-David. A place to unwind and curl up by the fire during the winter, or to enjoy being outside during the summer. A short drive from the village, Belle-neige ski station and the Petit Train du Nord, Le Perchoir is a great base for anyone exploring the Laurentians or enjoys downhill or cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, cycling and hiking.
Fully-furnished chalet with a bright, spacious interior and beautiful wild garden surrounded by forest. Peaceful atmosphere year-round, ideal for families and anyone working remotely (3 desk spaces and unlimited high-speed internet).

Middle floor:

Please note:
- No parties or events allowed.
- Maximum capacity is 6, bedding and towels are provided.
- We want to preserve the calm and relaxing nature of the area, so there should be no excessive noise before 8am or after 10pm.
- We do not accept animals.
- The inside of the chalet is a non-smoking area.
- You will not have access to the garage located on the property during your stay.
- There is one portable AC unit.
- During the winter months, the majority of the garden area is not accessible due to heavy snow.
