The house is situated in the heart of Bromont;
- 2 min car ride from the town, multiple restaurants + shops, art galleries, performance hall, pharmacy, grocery store and the SAQ.
- 2 min drive the ski center, or 20 min hike
- Many walking and bike trails in the surround area.
- Everything accessible on foot or bike
If you are a remote worker picture yourself waking up to hot coffee and fresh pastries from one of the various close by bakeries, working in a comfy well-lit office space with a view to a peaceful wooded area with the occasional deer coming to say hi. During lunch hour enjoy a quick walk by the stream at park Iberville, just a block away, or on one of many other easily accessible walking trails, or even treat yourself to one of the many chic restaurants on Rue Shefford, just a 2 minute drive away. Maybe take a meeting or two from the outdoor couch by a warm fire from the propane fireplace.
Done with work, time to have some fun! In the summer go mountain biking, road biking on the ''route des vins'', or for a good hike, or go swimming at the water park! In winter hit the slopes at Mont Brome, go fat biking, winter hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing, or even skating at the nearby arena; And then finish your evening relaxing at Balnea Spa (< 10min drive!).

| I rented this cozy house for my brother and family that came to visit us from Connecticut. they all felt just like home. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Everything needed to care for the little ones, a short walk to the Iberville Park, and Shefford Street where you will find Boutiques, Antiques, Chocolate Museum and restaurants. A 15 minute drive to the Granby Zoo in which we all enjoyed! We also took a ride on the gondola's for a mountain view of Bromont in which was exceptional! My brother soo enjoyed his stay that he wants to return again next year!
