Paradise for winter activities: ice ring on the lake (walking, skating, fat biking), cross-country skiing on the lake and at Montagne Coupée, downhill skiing at Val St-Côme, Super slides / tobogganing only 5 min away. Access to nearby snowmobile trails (no trailer needed).

For summer rental: golf at the magnificent St-Jean-de-Matha Golf Course 5 minutes away, swimming, water activities, road and mountain biking, hiking, gourmet tours (Abbaye Val Notre-Dame, Fromagerie Vallée verte, etc)...the Lanaudière region is full of activities for all tastes.

Possibility of having unlimited high speed internet ($$). The ideal place to relax or work in harmony with nature. 3 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed can sleep up to 8 people. The house is completely furnished including bedding and towels. Seasonal or monthly rental (minimum 32 days).

Available from March 2, 2025 - June 30, 2024, and Septembre 1 - December 31, 2025: $4,000 per month (32 days or more). Electricity and snow removal from the yard included. No year-round rental.
