This new property for rent, located in the countryside of Lévis, along the Chaudière River in the Capitale-Nationale region, will charm you with its expansive spaces and inground pool. You will undoubtedly find the peace and tranquility of the countryside here, while still enjoying the benefits of the city nearby. The house is only a 12-minute drive from Old Quebec. The bike path runs directly in front of the house, providing easy access for cycling enthusiasts. The owners' stable is located just behind the house, and you can visit the horses by walking there, making it perfect for animal lovers.
The garden pavilion is equipped with a toilet and shower, which will make outdoor relaxation easier without needing to go back to the main house.
The outdoor layout has been designed for you to fully enjoy sunny days. You will find a large outdoor table, ideal for outdoor meals or organizing friendly gatherings with family or friends.
Activities:
Old Quebec: Stroll through the cobblestone streets of this historic neighborhood, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will find many restaurants, craft shops, and museums, including the Museum of French-American History and the Fort Museum. In winter, attend the Québec Carnival from February 7 to 16, 2025.
Outdoor Activities: In the summer, explore the many hiking trails, go cycling, or enjoy water sports on the surrounding rivers and lakes. In winter, activities abound: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and snowmobiling await you for outdoor fun.
