- An open-concept living space combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area, ideal for sharing warm moments together.
- 3 cozy bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a King bed
- Two bedrooms with a Queen bed each
- 2 additional folding single beds, perfect for children or extra guests.
- Two full bathrooms.
- An enclosed veranda with a dining table, perfect for convivial meals in any season.
- A foosball table for family fun and entertainment.

Outdoor amenities include:
A covered 4-season spa and a fire pit area, perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.

During the summer, you'll enjoy access to a shared lakeside area on Lac des Grandes Baies, located about 200 meters from the chalets. This private area includes a dock and a relaxation zone shared with the neighboring chalet (CORDON 138). Four kayaks and two paddleboards are available for exploring the tranquil waters of the lake.
