Melancy Cottage newly renovated, is a quiet oasis nestled between Ste-Agathe-des-Monts & Mont-Tremblant, known as the Westmount of the Laurentians (Sainte-Agathe-Nord/Ivry-sur-le-Lac)! This is one of the largest lakes in the area (Lac Manitou). You have access to the lake with your own private dock and/or if you prefer to go to the municipal beach just steps away.

Melancy cottage with full Air Conditioning for those hot summer months, offers 3 bedroms and 2 full bathrooms with a fully renovated kitchen and space for your enjoyment with family or friends. You can work from home knowing that you have access to Bell Fiber network with high-speed internet. There are 4 Kayaks and a Paddeboard for the guests to appreciate on our new dock. You will be able to enjoy the SPA, brand-new Napoleon BBQ, Waterfront Veranda and outdoor space in the comfort of a peaceful oasis. There are numerous hiking trails, bike (petit train du nord) 1 km away. In winter, your after-ski outdoor spa will be nestled in a winterwonderland! The Nantel trails are set for you to either cross-country ski or snow-shoeing at its best! Relax by the fireplace (firewood included for both indoor and outdoor firepit) and enjoy this peaceful oasis!
