NOTES
Reservation terms and conditions
30% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 5 days before the start of the rental period.
When booking less than 7 days before the start date, full payment is required.
The Landlord will accept payment by Interac transfer only.
Rental cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Landlord.
If notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days before the start of the rental period, the 30% deposit will be retained by the Landlord as damages.
If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, the Tenant will be required to pay the full rental amount.
If the cancellation is made after the start date of the stay, the Tenant will be required to pay the full amount of the rental.
Should the stay have to be cancelled or interrupted due to unforeseen problems at the building (water, electricity, etc.), the Landlord's liability will be limited to the cost of the rental. Unused days will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be paid.
In the event that the stay must be cancelled or interrupted for reasons related to a public health advisory, the Lessor will refund the rental cost or the days not used by the tenant.
