Stunning, exclusive four bedroom lakeside house with 2 + 1/ 2 bathrooms situated on a pristine 5 acre private lake.
The property boasts 37 acres including approximately two acres of manicured lawns with waterfront jetty and 4 km of private trails.
If you book and pay for 32 nights, you can check out early if you wish, no tax is due for 32 night or longer bookings either so you would save just under 15 percent tax. There are no refunds on an early check out.
The house is perfect for families or couples to share while enjoying their own space. Home comforts include satellite TV, high speed wifi, an upstairs reading room, sauna, billiards and games room in the basement, along with TV 's in the lounge and games room.
Soaring ceilings on the ground floor lounge and dining room along with the stunning kitchen and breakfast room look out across the lake, there is also a large screened terrace where you can dine in the evening (season permitting) or just relax on the sofa throughout the day and take in the sounds of nature all around you, the main dining area has a solid oak dining room table made in the UK, it can accommodate up to 12 people and is also over looking the lake.
The house comes complete with a canoe, a small kids canoe, a paddle board, aluminum boat, badminton net as well as three adult mountain bikes and one small kids bike, to ride the local trails around the house and if your feeling energetic the Le P'tit Train du Nord is only 6km away at the golf club you would have driven through on your arrival.
Our lake is all yours to enjoy, no other boats, no noisy seadoos or nosey neighbours, just clean water for family fun, swimming and sun tanning on the deck.
The average depth of the lake is 8 feet with the deepest areas being up to 9 feet deep, the depth off the end of the dock is over 4 feet.
There is plenty of parking space on the property for your boat (non motorised) and trailer, which really convenient for you to enjoy your days boating if you desire.
A general store, gas station, take out food, restaurants, bakery and pharmacy all within approximately 15 minute drive.
A 6 km drive takes you to the Royal Laurentides Golf Course, one of the best golf courses in Canada.
There is a swim platform (season permitting) for guest use in the middle of the lake, where you can swim out to it and just relax one one of chairs provided.
As we only accept booking over 32 days we don't need to change you the 14.75? lodging tax, making your stay with us even more enjoyable and better value.
A true "one of a kind" competely private year round, family retreat located in Mont Blanc, QC.
House Rules
No motorised boats, only electric or paddle powered watercraft.
The property is cleaned top to bottom prior to your arrival, with all bedding and towels laundered, if you would like and cleaning during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost.
No parties whatsoever, only eight guests per night (unless by previous agreement), other guests to leave by 10pm, external cctv confirms this.
During your stay with us access to the property is needed, to cut grass, carry out any maintenance, clear snow etc, we would give you 24 hours notice of this (aside of snow clearing).
