Stunning, exclusive four bedroom lakeside house with 2 + 1/ 2 bathrooms situated on a pristine 5 acre private lake.
The property boasts 37 acres including two acres of manicured lawns with a waterfront jetty and 4 km of private trails around the lake and through its own woodland.
The minimum booking length is 32 nights, although check out early if you wish, there are no refunds on an early check out.
The house is perfect for families or couples to share while enjoying their own space. Home comforts include satellite TV, high speed wifi, an upstairs reading room, sauna, billiards and games room in the basement, along with TV 's in the lounge, games room and family bedroom.
Soaring ceilings on the ground floor lounge and dining room along with the stunning kitchen and breakfast room look out across the lake, there is also a large screened terrace where you can dine in the evening (season permitting) or just relax on the sofa throughout the day and take in the sounds of nature all around you, the main dining area has a solid oak dining room table made in the UK, it can accommodate up to 12 people and is also over looking the lake.
The house comes complete with a canoe, a small children's canoe, paddle board, rowing boat, badminton net, as well as three adult mountain bikes and one child's bike, ideal for riding the local trails around the property. For those seeking a longer adventure, the famous Le P'tit Train du Nord trail is only 6 km away, accessible via the Royal Laurentides Golf Club you will pass on your arrival.
The lake is entirely private, with no other boats, no seadoos and no neighbours—just you and your family or friends. Spend your days swimming, relaxing in the sun on the deck, or drifting across the water on the paddle board. The lake averages 8 feet in depth, with the deepest areas reaching 9 feet; from the end of the dock the water is over 4 feet deep, making it perfect for all non-motorised activities. A seasonal swim platform is anchored in the middle of the lake, complete with chairs, offering a tranquil spot to swim to and unwind.
The property also provides ample parking space for your boat trailer (non-motorised watercraft only), ensuring your days on the water are effortless and enjoyable.
Local amenities are all within approximately a 15-minute drive, including a general store, gas station, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and take-out options. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Royal Laurentides Golf Course, just 6 km away and consistently ranked among the best in Canada.
House Rules
Motorised boats are not permitted; only electric or paddle-powered craft may be used.
A maximum of eight guests per night (unless by prior agreement). Additional visitors must leave by 10 pm. External CCTV is in place to ensure compliance.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed.
The property is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, with all bedding and towels laundered. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged at extra cost.
We may need occasional access to the property for maintenance such as grass cutting or snow clearing; you will be given 24 hours' notice (except in the case of snow removal).
Minimum stay is 32 nights. Early departure is possible, though refunds cannot be offered.

The lake is for non motorised boats. We have two kayaks, one small for kids and one large for adults, a paddle board and lifejackets for them too. | We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. As a family with 3 young kids everything inside and out was perfect for us. The house was beautiful with lots of space, well appointed kitchen and great bathrooms. A fantastic large screened in porch for eating and relaxing. The lake had a dock but also a shallow entry for the kids. They loved to use the boats, the nature hikes and to watch the frogs, beavers and birds. The cottage is situated close to many lovely towns and national parks for days out to beaches, pools, cafes and restaurants. Richard was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had an unforgettable time making wonderful memories with our family. We hope to come back one day!
