House rules:
- The water comes from the lake, it is drinkable but has a slight yellow tint, we suggest you bring your own gallons of water.
- NO smoking inside the house.
- Animals are PROHIBITED
- The house operates with a septic tank system. It is important to only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Disposable wipes, tampons and dental floss MUST be disposed of in the TRASH TRASH.
- You only have access for the moment to the ground floor of the house, the basement is not accessible.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited
- From 10 p.m. outside we ask you to adopt a calm and non-noisy climate
