• Terraces: two terraces, one adjoining the living area and the other adjoining the master bedroom, invite you to relax outdoors. Having a coffee in the morning or admiring the stars in the evening will never have been so pleasant.
• Comfort for all: with its 5 bedrooms spread over the garden level and the basement, there is room for everyone, and even a games room for even more fun.

The house is spread over three levels:
- In the basement, there is a family room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
- The ground floor includes three bedrooms, a washer-dryer area, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a terrace.
- Upstairs are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
