Refundable Security Deposit
You also have the option to pay a refundable security deposit of $500. If no damage is found after your departure, the amount will be fully refunded to the payment method used.
Note: Refunds may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank?s processing times.
Additional Fees:
From the 12th guest onwards, additional fees of $50 per person per night will apply.
Other Important Information:
An ice rink is available nearby for unforgettable moments on the ice.
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced. Respect for the tranquility of the premises is mandatory at all times. If the authorized number of guests is exceeded, a penalty of $125 + taxes per night per person will apply.
Pets: We accept a maximum of 2 pets per booking. A fee of $100 per pet applies for hypoallergenic cleaning after your departure.
Quiet Hours: To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood, please respect quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise disturbances or nighttime disruptions occur, the security deposit may be fully retained.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in starts at 4 PM, and check-out must occur by 11 AM.

Shoes: To maintain the cleanliness of the chalet, please remove your shoes upon entry.
Noise: Outdoor noise is not allowed.
SPA: Before using the spa, you must take a shower and avoid applying moisturizing creams. The spa is available year-round for your comfort.
Smoking: Smoking inside the chalet is strictly prohibited.
Pets: Pets are welcome (maximum of 2). A $100 per pet fee applies for hypoallergenic cleaning.
TV: The chalet has a Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. Please note that cable TV is not provided.
Firewood: An outdoor fireplace is available with six logs provided free of charge with each stay. If you need more firewood, it can be purchased just 10 minutes from the chalet.
