This beautiful two-story home is fully furnished. The Boyd House accommodates up to four people. There are two bedrooms with one king-size bed and one queen-size bed. The master bedroom is very charming with a beautiful view from the balcony. Newly-renovated bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Television and satellite available and BBQ upon request. Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer.

Located on its own private pond and only steps away from a Manitou Lake which has a dock and can be used for swimming and many other activities. with the rental of the Boyd house you also have access to a private network of trails and private roads located in the neighboring Manitou Club.
